SDGX-2009 Polysilicon Silicon Core Diamond Multi-Wire Cutting Equipment is a CNC Polysilicon Silicon Core Multi-Wire Cutting Machine that uses diamond wires. The cut silicon cores are used to improve the reduction furnace for producing large-diameter polysilicon by Siemens method or silane method. The cutting method is to use electroplated diamond wires to reciprocate or move in one direction at high speed on the workpiece, press the workpiece on a square or diamond-shaped wire network composed of intersecting diamond wires, and cut the workpiece into slender silicon cores. The workpiece is fixed on the upper part of the machine tool, and the square cutting guide wheel assembly wrapped around a diamond wire moves from bottom to top to complete the cutting. Using a unique wiring solution, wiring and operations only need to be completed on the ground without going to a working platform, which greatly reduces operation difficulty and improves work efficiency, and has good safety.
