The independently developed HJ-1050 special test equipment for wire saw guide wheels is suitable for image testing of polysilicon wire saw guide wheels. Its main technical indicators are as follows:
1. Adopt optical lenses from NAVITAR in the United States.
2. The tester uses a granite reference table with a thickness of 200mm, with a length of 1500mm and a width of 800 mm.
3. The XY axis of the tester adopts a linear grating ruler with an optical resolution of 1um.
4. Equipped with special testing software, it can mark the size and angle of straight lines, and can output CAD's DXF format and JPG picture format.
5. The test range meets the requirements of DS271 wire saw, with a diameter of 350mm and an effective length of 1050 mm.
6. Two models of V-shaped fixture are provided for free (optional), and other models need to be ordered separately.
